Hey Catra,
It is unbelievably frustrating when one has additional pain on top of the 'usual'. Especially when the body part affected is an arm, which one tends to use constantly, without thinking, aggravating the issue and worsening the pain. It must be incredibly difficult having to power through as you cope with your little one. I have excruciating referred pain down my arm, but I have no-one reliant on me, if nothing gets done here, it doesn't matter.
I hope the injection you had starts to give some relief over the coming days and that the Specialist comes up with treatment ideas, or a healing time-factor for you. In the meantime, do rely on your boyfriend for those things you cannot manage and to simply give you a break where you can rest your shoulder. I am sure he will not mind.
Dave.
