Dr. Don Goldenberg is one of my doctors and he helped me immensely. He helped me understand what is going on in my body. I see him about once a year and get a quick check up.
I also agree and disagree with some of the statements of the article. Yes there is a mind-body connection but its all chemical based. I can be in a good mood and still in pain. But according to the doctor, I can be? Weird.
Well I guess after a while there would eventually be a kickback from the medical world about it when more people were dx'd with it.
