I used it last night and it works like a charm, or it seems. One night is really not enough to judge, but I did sleep quite well and was relaxed and not wired from the D3.

I sprayed it on all over my feet and legs, so generously, and then rubbed it in. This was about 15-20 minutes before showering. It leaves a sort of greasy film on the body, which is why I washed it off. Thankfully I had no burning/skin reaction as some reviewers on Amazon report. I was worried about that.
