Are you on any supplements? Benfotamine has greatly helped me. Other posters speak highly of Stabilized R Lipoic Acid. Supplement results probably depend on deficiency and/or the cause of neuropathy but there seems to be some that work across the board.

I have tried to figure out what triggers the burning for me and then I try to avoid those things.
hi pinkynose I am waiting for some benfotamine to come on Monday and got some magnesium oral supplements 375mg is that anygood ? what kind of dose do I take on both of them ? will try and track down some cream but in the uk and not easy to get a lot of meds .thanks for the help
