And I'm glad that you are on a mood stabilizer now and are starting off on a small dose. Even a small dose is better than none at all. I think it will help.

Please try to enjoy Abby while she's here. I know it's hard, but ry to save your worries until she stops eating, drinking, and/or going to the bathroom.
