Default Hitting head against wall during sleep

Hello everybody,

I havent posted in a while because I have tried to focus on other things in life besides concussions, although I have been lurking a little.

But I am freaking out right now. I woke up this morning at 4 am and couldnt sleep, but fell asleep again around 6 am. Perhaps I should tell that my bed is standing parallel to a solid brick wall except a small space of 3 inches. Normally I put 2 pillows between me and the wall, but this night I couldnt find the other one, so only one pillow between me and the wall.

This morning my grilfriend made fun of me, because she said that she woke some time during the night, and saw me snoring with my head lying in the corner between the wall and the bed. A little difficult to explain, but you can probably relate.

I think that I somehow must have pushed the pillow away from the wall and either lifted my head until it hit the wall or rolled it. As I slept I do not know the speed.

Just after I woke I started having headache, stiff neck and joint, brain fog and concentration problems and just not feel like myself. It is month ago that I felt this bad, although it is not that bad yet.

Is it possble that I got a concussion during the night without waking from it - I have no memory of hitting the wall during the night? I asked a similar question month ago, because I worried that my son perhaps hit me while asleep, but this time it is a solid brick wall. If we look at worst case scenario - if I lifted my head in sleep and hit the wall - can that constitute a concussion? And wouldnt I wake up?

All thoughts are welcome - I am so depressed right now:-(
