The quick answer to your question is, YES. A level that low can cause neurological symptoms. The NEW recommended minimum level is 400 and those WITH neuro symptoms, should be keeping their level much higher than the minimum. That being said though, MrsD is the resident expert on Vit B12, (level, cyano vs methyl, how much to take, when to take, best brands, etc). She's also very knowledgeable about Vit D.
