Default Welcome

Jacob,

First off please try to stay calm. Anxiety is enemy number one to PCS sufferers. You weren't clear on your last event, you say you got another one, how do you know? But for sure, STOP hitting your head, if at all possible; no violent shaking movement either.

"I could go from happy to very Ill and agitated and angry" : brother, those kinds of changes are my life story now.

Of course your insurance situation is not good but, from testimony in this forum, you might not be missing much. Most doctors, and that includes neurologists, don't understand concussions very well.

Try to read as many interesting looking threads as possible . . you'll get a clearer idea of how these things go.
