mscotty,
It took me about 7-8 months post injury to realize I was shutting my left eye every time I tried to read. I wasn't reading much to begin with as my headaches & dizziness were significant enough to make reading very frustrating. I referred myself to a neuro-developmental optometrist that I had referred patients to. I have binocular issues & ocular vestibular issues. Have been wearing prism lenses for 18 months, attend vision therapy 1x/week for an hour & had been doing my home program daily. I'm getting frustrated after 18 months with daily vision & vestibular therapy home exercises and am not the compliant patient right now. I do see much progress in vision & vestibular issues, but not enough and know I still have a way to go.

I highly recommend finding a qualified optometrist as hopefully it will help you on the road to recovery.

Please feel free to ask for any more info and share your story with us!
