Have you seen an endocrinologist? That would be a good idea, to rule out anything glandular going on. Our glands can affect muscles, too.
Has a primary doctor or anyone else done a fasting, comprehensive chem panel?
Are you on any drugs or supplements/herbs?
Yes, you should have your B12 and D checked.
The majority of your symptoms do not sound like MG at all. Do you have ptosis (toe-sis), a drooping of your eyelids? Do you have double vision that goes away when you close one eye? Are you short of breath? Having trouble chewing?
Do you have any digestive issues? Undiagnosed celiac disease can cause all sorts of symptoms due to vitamin deficiencies.
I think seeing a primary doctor for basic testing, plus an endocrinologist would be a reasonable thing to do.
Sometimes it does take time for diseases to fully present themselves. I know that it's frustrating to not know what's going on, but don't put a label on it. Just follow where the symptoms and any test results lead (with the help of good doctors).
I hope you'll be able to figure this out and that it's something treatable.
