I think sometimes we are over drugged!!! My son was on 3 allergy meds but now takes allergy shots and is drug free, it took a year but is amazing at the change. I try to go natural as much as possible. My doctor so far approves but I do need pain meds. But for general health, I take:
1 multivitamin, 2000 mg flax seed oil (for skin, bowels etc.), quercetin, and sometimes for stomach upset aloe juice.

I worked for a few years in a GNC/pharmacy and the owner made me his natural health guru. I studied plants, minerals and other "natural health" items. He let me keep these cd's with tons of info on them and I try to follow that route when possible.
