How long ago was the chest infection?
Were you treated for it?
If it was quite recently, then maybe you haven't fully recovered from it. Maybe go back to the doctor and get it checked out again just to make sure. Fatigue can hang around quite a long time after having a viral or bacterial infection. Of course it varies from person to person.
