Erythromelalgia came to mind to me too. Some vasomotor issues manifest with burning hands/ears, etc. You might also consider histamine intolerance, food intolerance or allergy. Overproduction of mast cells and histamine can cause bright red flushing of face, hands and feet as well as some GI symptoms. These can be early signs of anaphylaxis so allergy is an important consideration.

Pay attention to any triggers such as alcohol, foods, heat or exercise and let your doctor know about them. They may shed some light on your symptoms if you can narrow any down.
