My partner has EM, based on classical signs as presented to her doctor (the doctor made the presumptive diagnosis). My partner reports that her fees flare up about the same time every day...after 4pm. She is also heat-intolerant the rest of the say.She also has Parkinson's Disease and hypertension, both of which are controlled with medication. She is 69yrs old and fairly active (walks several miles every day...with a cane).

Do others experience predictable flare ups of EM? Or is her presentation an odd one?
