I also have issues with my left eye. I have gone to 2 different Internists and 1 Neurologist and they have not been able to identify any abnormalities with my vision. In fact, they said in fine and ready to go back to work despite all of the information I gave them. I went to a Physical Therapist and within 10 minutes, he was able to identify many issues with my eyes. As a result, I see him for Vestibular Therapy three times per week (just started last week). He could see that my eyes are not working together and my left eye goes around in circles when it is forced to do too much. Some other things he noticed are saccadic eye movement, convergence insufficiency, and pursuit eye movement disorder.
My Neurologist left me a voice mail telling me there is nothing more he can do for me which is laughable because he hasnt done anything at all. I am now trying to get a referral to see a Neuro Opthalmologist so I can get the official medical diagnosis to satisfy Disability paperwork and to receive additional treatment. This whole process of getting referrals and waiting to get on the calendar to see specialists who may or may not be willing to help is frustrating.
I am able to seefor longer periods of time on my smartphone with the brightness dimmed, but am not able to work on a computer for longer than 10 minutes because of my field of loss issues.
