--although I notice you did not have, at least in this panel, testing for anti-glidain IgA and IgG (the latter in particular is the most sensitive, though least specific, test for gluten problems; the anti-transglutaminase IgA, which you did have, is the test most closely associated with damage to villi in celiac).
If you are not a vegetarian (hey, even if you are), the B12 level does seem a bit lower than optimal (that 221 minimal level is really outdated as per most modern researchers). Your low alkaline phosphatase might also be due to some form of mineral/vitamin malabsorption, though there are many reasons for that.
Depending on your symptoms it might be worth further investigation--especially if your rashes resemble the celiac associated dermatitis hepatiformis:
