Have there been any longitudinal studies on the long term side effects of children who took carbamazepine tegratol? I am asking for myself as I took this drug from the age of 9-11 for grand mal seizures. I’ve tried to look through journals of medicine, but I have never found research on it. I am curious if there are any forums or areas where I can contribute experiences/side effects etc.

Although this may seem like something I should ask a neurologist about, I figure there may be an abundance of people who may have taken the same medication for the same reason. And because it dealt with the cessation of my seizures (and how my mind developed), I figure this may be the starting point for my inquiry.
