Thanks for everyone's responses. I had an appointment at Vision Specialists of MI myself recently and it was a wonderful experience. They don't do vision therapy or even recommend it, but their prism glasses are made in-house because no one else makes the prescriptions as minute/small as they do. The glasses have absolutely helped my headaches and dizzy spells. Woohoo! Now I will do my part to spread the word about binocular vision dysfunction!
