Debbie, I am so sorry this is going on... I agree with Desi, get it checked out a.s.a.p.
Events like this are what makes rsd/crps so difficult to deal with. You can aggravate it so easily, with one spastic move or one thoughtless act! I have done the same to myself recently, Deb... I tried a different tens unit than the one I used to have, something called a "microtens". It was a low-voltage one that had such a light touch to it that it set off the rsd/crps really badly in both legs. I am still feeling the difference a week later. I get more leg jerks, more spasms, more creepy-crawly feelings. Yuckos.
You need to get it checked out, for sure. Best of luck, keep us posted!
