Stay off the booze (if you can) and get on some vitamins to replace what the alcohol has stolen from you. Look back at the first few pages and Mrs. D has some good advice on that. For some of us the symptoms have decreased, some are lingering. I think the important part here is to replace the bad with the good and keep looking forward!
