I find that moderation is key for me. And sometimes this is so hard! I can handle small amounts of the foods that I flare on if I choose just one or really minimize it. A full smorgasboard causes too much trouble.
Though I did make the choice to enjoy ALL the things that set me off out at dinner around New Year's at this fabulous little Italian taverna. And boy was it good!
Spike, I am very curious what happens when you eat pizza if you don't mind sharing. This sets me off too. So unfair!
