Get your B6 levels checked, it is a largely unrecognised but probably quite common cause of neuropathy. It appears even neurologists don't know much about it.

You don't have to be taking vitamin pills to have problems, some people have an enzymopathy that cuases high levels.

B6 is added to many vitamins in large doses, eg Blackmores Magnesium Pills have 50 units of B6, that is a megadose in itself, and if you add a Swisse Zinc Pill another 25 units, a Blackmores Mega B etc adds more, and you are then in the danger zone.

I am speaking from painful experience.
