I will second Littlepaw's recommendation of CRPS. I am certainly no doctor, but I too have had to deal with CRPS for at least since last January. All the symptoms sound very familiar. Littlepaw has given so much in trying to provide her knowledge and experiences over the past year plus. The only person that can truly make that diagnosis is a doctor, preferably one familiar with CRPS and only after ruling out any other possibilities. It is a diagnosis of elimination, which makes it tough to diagnose in a reasonable amount of time
Best of luck to you on your appointment. Let us know how it goes, and don't be afraid to stop in in the RSD/CRPS board and ask a few questions.
