Default Running down stairs - new injury?

Hello everyone,

Around 6 days ago I was in my apartment when I heard my son calling from our backyard. I thought something was wrong so I ran down the stairs and jumped every second step. I live on the second floor, so it was 2 levels I ran down.

Since then my health has slowly deteriorated. I am now getting dizzy when I try to read and I am having this Salling sensation and my eyes are strained.

I think that my neck/head could not tolerante that I skipped every second step, and I am now afraid that I have made a new injury. But I am also confused because it didnt hurt and in the beginning I didnt think anything of it. It worries me that it is just getting worse, because my setbacks usually only takes around 5-6 days.

Have anyone tried this? Should I be worried that this is a new injury and should I stop making neck exercises because of this? I am so confused and sad...
