I've never been assessed for vestibular...in fact I didn't even know what the word 'vestibular' meant until the last couple of days when I started looking at some of the posts that involve dizziness to see if people might be experiencing what I am.

I'm not sure if it would be considered dizziness or lightheaded. I feel like when I 'm looking straight at something, things seem almost normal, but when I turn my head, my eyes have to refocus, or catch up... I feel like it's dizziness, but I guess I don't really know the difference.

Perhaps I should see a vestibular doctor? I am concerned that with my luck I'll feel fine that day.
