I'm wondering if any of the t-spine will be picked up if they're looking at both ends since he didn't order it?

Unless ordered the T-spine will not be part of your MRI.
With MS the most common spine MRI is the cervical (neck) spine.
The Lumbar MRI is not for MS but usually done to check if there is a spine problem such as; herniated/bulging disc, stenosis, degenerative disc disease(DDD) as well as others. The c-spine MRI can also detect spine problems.
Spine problems mentioned above are not related to Multiple Sclerosis but they can cause Neurological symptoms.
MS lesions found in the c-spine can cause symptoms from that point down
