This is one of the most baffling properties of PCS, that relapses and here a new symptom can come seemingly out of nowhere.

I'm early at still under two months total. But especially since the second bang on my head -- which I increasingly feel should be my starting point to count elapsed weeks -- my PCS has been, like Mark has characterized it, more of an ongoing process than the usual linear progression of much more familiar injuries. I have felt good then suddenly out of nowhere it's almost like it's saying "uh-uh, you cannot feel good, you have to feel bad.' It's amazing how things change week to week. I suspect that repair, rebalancing, our own personal reactions to things -- and of course doing too much -- are all intertwining on an ongoing basis.
