Default Hello! I'm new here with PN

I've been experiencing some changes in mood/state of mind since sometime in June or August of 2015 - or at least that's when I noticed it was happening. I tried marijuana in May or June and attributed it to that. At that point I had been seeing a doctor for digestive issues and VERY cold hands. I had cold hands ever since I was anorexic toward the end of 2014 (very limited caloric intake before that). I never figured out what was causing it. I was found to be vitamin D deficient and with slightly low WBC. Vitamin D has since been corrected today (45.7 ng/mL)

Fast forward 2 months, October 15th I fall and get a concussion. I went to get my MRI done on my doctors orders. He referred me to a neurologist after I started having bouts of forgetfulness and confusion. I thought I was developing schizophrenia because i kept having thoughts about the way I was perceiving events. I was paying close attention to my mood changes. I noticed that when I would eat certain foods, I would feel much better. None of this was making any sense to me.

I started having these attacks - seemed to me like panic attacks, though I'm still not sure. I would feel as though I was falling and get really anxious. It would feel like I was having a heart attack. The last one of these I had was in November during my aunt's funeral. I was worrying because I wasn't able to cry and it was confusing to me. I believe after November of 2015, I went into some sort of psychosis. In late November, I started dating my current girlfriend. I sort of tried to mask all the things that were going on and I did it pretty well until it was entirely obvious that something was wrong. I realized I had almost entirely lost my sense of smell. I wasn't sure what was causing this.

For a short period, the only thing I could talk about was what could be causing this. I was able to somehow reverse the mental effects with a B-complex I started taking. After a while, things started feeling normal again but that was short lived. I had to stop taking the B-Complex because I had high blood levels of B6 which my neurologist believed was causing my peripheral neuropathy. I bought almost all the vitamins in my b-complex to see which was helping. I took maybe 5 50mg b6 pills in total. Other than that, the complex only had 2-3 mg. I think I had PN before I supplemented with a B-complex, though I'm not sure. I was in a weird state of mind, so I wouldn't have been able to notice what was changing. I now feel as though my cognitive abilities are severely lowered and my perception of everything is changed. I firmly believe it is an undiagnosed medical issue causing all of this but my test results looked normal (>5 months ago)

Now I'm here introducing myself. My vision/hearing/touch/smell/taste are all severely diminished and i'm not even diagnosed besides B6 toxicity. I'm typing this message with freezing cold hands that have almost no light touch sensation left in them. I'm probably forgetting a lot but that's par for the course.
