I am sorry to hear about what you're going through. It sounds like you are getting care and that is important. Caring for yourself is important too. So minimizing avoidable stress, keeping a clean, healthy diet, taking in enough calories, light exercise to improve circulation, etc. These things are all helpful and will help your body stay on track.
As Lara said, anxiety can go along with concussion and it can take time to recover fully. And weight loss has been associated with neuropathy symptoms - nerves like a little cushion.
