Day six and I feel relatively chipper. I wish my moods would remain stable! To be honest, I do believe the weather has an effect on my mood. At the moment, although cold, it is bright and sunny, and I am about to go for a walk around a local conservation and beauty spot. I know I should count myself lucky to be able to do this, as some of you Guys have symptoms so painful, it would be out of the question. I feel for you, I really do. Please stay strong everyone, we WILL get there.
