In my experience mood fluctuations can be quite common in the early days so nothing to stress about I think.
Going for a walk around a local conservation area is a great idea, not only from the physical exercise angle but also just noticing the beauty there (mindfulness) has, for me, made a big difference.

Well, I've let myself down again. Bottle of Shiraz tonight. Although as some kind of self justification, I refrained from indulging in more, even though it was there on a plate. Or in a bottle. I don't know, maybe I can drink responsibly?
