I forgot to mention that my symptoms of depression/anxiety are always worse when im sitting/lying down, its so bizarre, this has me stood up for 95% of the time. Am currently considering supplementing with Ginko Biloba, or perhaps even trying piracetam, does anyone have experience with these ?
