Those that are compliant with continuing medical treatment, ie seeing their docs regularly and taking their meds as prescribed, and not working, will be highly unlikely to have problems with a CDR. It can be a pain and stressful, but just remember that SS has the burden to prove your condition has improved, whereas the claimant has the burden to prove they qualify for SSI/SSDI during the original application.

So do a thorough job with any paperwork that is sent, and then try to put it out of your head. You can always pm me if you wish.
