EANH,
I am much better off now.
When I remembered that there are some things it is ok to be wound up for I started doing better.
In a weird sort of way there were many things that were familiar but some of the sensations were foreign...I have had to relearn many things I already knew.
A for instance...I remembered that you get stiff and sore from a hard exercise but I couldn't remember what it felt like and when I was able to get back to the gym I had to ease my way back into what exercise felt like and what was acceptable stress. It all felt foreign yet the concepts and skills were still there.
