Thanks. Taxes not a big deal. I pay quite some in DC area.

I checked the apartment rentals in San Diego. Comparatively it is slightly cheaper than where I have been staying in DC metro area all these years.

San Francisco and ofcourse so many other expensive areas in CA where I dont even dare to look at
