I'm a newbie but seems no one replied to you. Did u send in your form yet? If you are able to go to school, are you training for a job? If you can go to school, why can't you work at least part time? Not sure why u were locked up.. Mental illness or jail? If u committed a crime, that could affect ur disability. I'd be prepared for a full CDR. I'm homebound, and there is no way I can take classes. I think voc rehab ppl would consider being able take classes as job training. I know something abt this professionally, but I'd ask a soc sec lawyer. If u can take classes, what did u say about ur whether ur docs think u can work? I think generally that is a red flag but maybe not depending on the rest of ur answers.
