This winter was a total bummer for me.... I felt fine all summer and in Nov...the crash started.

I am still using it at the lowest setting 1/2 per day. I have skipped some days and still hold now.

The link to where I bought it online is in the thread. I support the visor with a high dose B-complex but I don't take it every day. B6 is needed to make serotonin. I also have a thyroid problem, being evaluated as well, which may be an issue to some extent.
