Default Head movement during sleep

Hi all, I am 2 year post concussion sufferer. My current most concern is the sensitive head. I'm really worry about it because I made a lot of movement when I am sleeping. Sometimes, I woke up the exactly opposite position (180 degree), with my arm around my head. I also caught myself rolling my head sideway or sliding my head downward. For a injured head, it is surely not a good thing. I suspect I may have rhythmic movement disorder or periodic limb movements disorder. I talk to my doctor and was prescribed clonazepam 0.5mg. I am going to try it tonight.
Have anyone concern about this too? Could you share any idea to make thing better? Would the drug help?
