And my appetite is down (so why am I not losing weight???). But a lot of time food doesn't "sit well" and then the heartburn. And at night I'll get reflux! YUCK!

I'm taking acid reflux meds. Not helping much. How much of this is meds? Or is this the CRPS? What can I do? Bad enough the foot problems I don't need this!

Sounds like GERD & and maybe your gallbladder? I'm no doctor but maybe follow a gallbladder diet for a while. Yogurts, fruits (berries & melons), mineral water, Coca-Cola (strange but true) veggies.. Potatoes, squash, zucchini, broccoli, etc. Stay away from high fat, high carb food (pork is horrible, mayo, butter, anything oily, greasy, fatty). Think chicken, fish like Salomon is great, rice. Add a probiotic (walgreens generic) yes, its expensive, but you want to feel better.. So splurge. You ahould take one a day everyday feel good or not. You can take two on bad days.
If your bowels are working good.. Skip this next step on antacids & stool sofners. Anyway, stay away from esomeprazole (Nexium) & grab some Pepcid. Might as well grab some gas ex (generic) & some sort of stool softener. I use Senna-S and/or Miralax. Gotta get your plumbing happy & working again. Use one Senna over night. Work up from there adding Miralax if needed. If gas pains get bad you can take a couple gas ex at once.

Milk, if you drink it, helps nerves & heartburn. Just fyi.

I hope something here helps. Best of luck! It can be an ongoing issue. I have been dealing with mine for years. Filling out paperwork now to see a real good GI doc. I've been avoiding it for a long time by treating it as described above.
