yes, most cod liver oils have these ingredients:

So a teaspoonful is enough for most adults. Anything higher you should consult a doctor.

If you want fish oil, then get fish oil capsules for your Omegas.

Those don't have the A and D in them, and you can increase more safely. You can then take 3 of those a day in divided doses.
