Ok, Bryanna today I called my dentist exposing my issues and he said those red marks are the granulation tissue that will turn pink sooner or later (I told him I have no pain).

Anyway, he said that if I would he could take a look at it Monday (despite he thought it wasn't necessary)

I must admit now I'm a bit confused: shouldn't a healthy granulation tissue be just pink in colour more than two weeks after?
