As we all know everyone is different as are outcomes. You still have a lot of healing time so hopefully you will feel better and better...there are no guarantees. I live with a lot of complications from hip replacement but do all my best to never do another Elective surgery. My back issues are over 60 yrs and I keep going as best and no back surgery.
Just talked to my 72 old brother who is in the East and I talked him out of fusion/lam surgery over a year ago and he's doing good ENOUGH. I preach to him to take care of himself and stretch/exercise the back and do other modalities as best he can. He;s a golfer and still works at golf and plays too. Keep Healing...
