Hello and Welcome to Neurotalk Support Groups

I am sorry to hear about the burning pain in your feet. That certainly doesn't help one rest. You will find many supportive people here who are familiar with nerve pain and ways to treat it. The peripheral neuropathy board is a good place to start.

Peripheral Neuropathy

You might also try looking at Medications and Treatments

Search and FAQ at the top of every page will help you look for specific topics and answer common forum usage questions.

The search for helpful meds is an individualized one. You may well find gabapentin works better for you than Lyrica. Both can contribute to feelings of depression so that is something to keep in mind. Though pain and insomnia alone will get you down. There are also several atypical meds used for nerve pain such as nortriptyline and cymbalta. It often takes more than one try or sometimes meds in combination.

I hope you find relief and healing soon.
