Hey this ehp.a.lump is still there in my life lurking around ....
My mum has dementia now and safely getting worse...this has sent my big polar into overdrive.....up down .up down.....
Yet know one in my house sees the elephant...-.....they only see my moods

We all have triggers to our moods...its not easy to switch these off

Its not easy for others to recognise these triggers (even harder if we don't let people into our lives....and most people experiencing depression don't. We wrongly assume those around us who care should automatic know.......WRONG......... they don't)

Recently three deaths and funearals in four weeks. All my wife's family.
I'm distraught.....people don't know why....

Death is distressing, I witness my family in distress...I more distressed...icant show my distress...I'm more distressed
