Cheers guys. It seems like the moral of the story is even when you think you're recovered, you really aren't. I literally haven't thought about the concussion for a couple of months now and this has really bought back the symptoms. Which is a bit crazy because I've been doing things of equal intensity perfectly fine. Hopefully this will cool down a lot faster this time and i'll take the lack of symptoms less for granted.
