I drank 5 weeks straight until 3-20-16 first day of spring something clicked( my meds) and then I had 5 days AF.
Looking at my numbers for the last month starting on 3-20-16 and ending 4-20-16
My numbers are good.
21 days -AF (alcohol free)
8 days- Mod (1-3 drinks)
3 days- DD (drinking day 4 or more in a setting)
Weekly units/drinks
1st=16.5 (trip to new orleans including 3 large hurricanes!)
2nd=9
3rd=10.5
4th=8
the 3 weeks before that had been
1st=34
2nd=29
3rd= 27
I am happy with my moderating!
