Question Please help me figure this out

You know when you have "slept wrong" and get a crick in your neck? That is how my hip is feeling only 10x worse. If I move my leg outward it sends an achy pain down to my shin. I can't get out of bed without rolling onto my left side and picking myself up that way. I also cannot sit on a toilet (sorry for this) and wipe without the pain happening.

That abductor machine that works your outer thighs - that is the area mostly affected (that machine would kill me right now).

What do you think? I need any and all the possibilities or thoughts you may have to offer. Is it related to the RSD? It's on the same side and I have been having little (maybe more than a little) issues with my hip/thigh as well as my affected knee.

When feeling decent, I try to stretch, could I have just stretched too much? And, because of the RSD, a less than normal stretch was still too much for it?

Completely confused - I do have a call into my doctor also. So all the info I can get would be great.

Thanks in advance.
