I have arnica in both forms. I will look for it I was so dumb dumb and dumber. I am used to a futon so I was reaching and reaching for a brush for the kitty cats and fall off the bed onto hard objects. It still really hurts on my right side. Laurence the oldest nephew called me up last night and wished me a happy passover and asked me if i went anywhere. I said finnegan's wake...a strange place for a passover seder. he said he would call me today to get together again. I was floored....this was after the floor.
I am still very depressed.It could be much worse. at least i got a pair of shoes out of it and a call from my nephew and i didn't seem to break anything despite the pain and had a nice dinner with cecilia even though i couldn't hear her because of the noise.
