Default Thoughts on Glutathione, NAC, and Multivitamins

I heard a podcast a while ago on healing from concussions by a sports chiropractor. Two things he recommended was high dose fish oil and glutathione. The fish oil he said you could take it until you get loose stool. I recently started this protocol http://www.brainhealtheducation.org/...jury-protocol/ and have noticed amazing results already.

I've only read a little about glutathione. One article (below) stated, "The researchers found that applying glutathione (an antioxidant that is normally found in our cells) directly on the skull surface after brain injury reduced the amount of cell death by 67 percent. When the researchers applied glutathione three hours after injury, cell death was reduced by 51 percent. “This idea that we have a time window within which to work, potentially up to three hours, is exciting and may be clinically important,” said Dr. McGavern."

As far as I understand, N-Acetyl Cystene (NAC) is a precursor to glutathione. NAC is also much cheaper, but I don't know if it is as effective. Good glutathione runs at about $1.50 a day. http://www.bulletproof.com/glutathio...-wt-1-35-fl-oz

I'm wondering what people think of glutathione or NAC, the high dose fish oil, and this multivitamin mineral http://www.vitacost.com/vitacost-syn...2-fl-oz-946-ml
