Well, since I started this thread I have done some things differently and the problem has disappeared. PLUS I have dropped almost 20 pounds.

Yea, I'm shocked too.
I decided to just eat smaller, lower calorie meals and to cut out the night time eating all together. I do allow myself ONE sweet thing a day though but it has to be healthy and only a NORMAL serving, not a big plateful.
I knew if I thought about it correctly I could figure what I was doing wrong.
